Postage:

All customised 'prints' are made to order, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed within Sydney, Australia. For non-custom 'prints' please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed within Sydney, Australia. All items are package and sent with great care via standard postage delivery. Once your order has been sent, Mary Rizza Cruz Creative cannot accept responsibility for the loss or any damage to your package.

If you require your items urgently, please let me know so we can arrange Express Postage.

Privacy:

Your privacy is important. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. Your details will never be given out or sold to a third party or record any transaction details. PayPal is the only payment option as this is secure and private.

Exchanges:

Mary Rizza Cruz Creative does not accept exchanges for change of mind.

For customised 'prints' please write the names, details or words you want as a note on check out. If there are any questions, I'll be in touch via email. There is a limit of 10 words per item. If you want more words please contact [email protected] and a specific quote will be sent to you.
